- TPTara P2 days ago4.0First time to this location and while the food tasted great and had flavor the cleaning definitely lacked… doesn’t help when people leave their food for others to clean up. It was very busy when we arrived and still moved pretty quickly. Would I be back to try again, sure but the cleaning definitely needs to happen….

- ACadam cnaaniMar 13, 20261.0I ordered through the Chipotle app from this location and when it arrived i was missing the 2 drinks. the food was cold and not fresh! i called the customer service team and after 25 minutes of talking they gave me a $10.00 refund!!!! for missing beverages and food that went to trash!! they asked me to call tomorrow. i called today and spoke with the store and a lady answered and told me she can't do anything so i asked to speak with the manager and she told me she's the manager so i asked her name and she said "i am not allowed to give you my name that's Chipotle policy"!!!!! and then hanged up the phone on my face!!!!!!!!!!! very very dissipointed from the customer service and the results and not recommending at all this place.

- SSSABJan 29, 20263.0Still serving small portions so I had to pay for double wife and I staff NO personality NO smile poor training .. the dining room was fillthy all tables were not cleaned my wife had to clean off the table was several employees working not one came to clean during the 30 minutes we dined it terrible this is a manager issue for not recognizing this unacceptable to have a manager that don’t care this is a giving a clean dining experience won’t go back to this location!!
