At first I thought the ice machine was not working, and didn’t think anything about it and proceeded to eat our lunch. Then a costumer who had purchased a drink said “it’s working now.” I tried to add ice to my cup, but the lady in charged quickly turned the ice switch off. I asked if I could please have some ice, and she said “No!” “You have to pay $1.00, Ice is not free.” When I was at the register ready to pay I mentioned to her that I will pay for the ice, but I was not coming back, not because of the fact that I had to pay, but because she was rude about it.
