    Veggies were wilted/waterlogged and mixed together. Meats looked grey and sad. Servers were very awkward and not focused on providing service. I will not be returning and am sad I even paid for the food.

    Went to this subway after ordering online for pick up and I specifically asked for mayonnaise on both sides of the bread and extra this and extra that, and once I picked it up and went back home and opened up the sandwich it was dry as the Arizona desert. No mayonnaise, no mustard, no oil and vinegar. So i went back and had them remake it he opened up the sandwich with his hands no gloves on and showed me that there was mayonnaise and some mustard then tried to hand it back to me after picking through it with his hands. He got mad cause he had to make another sandwich , and atill didn't do it right cause of his unprofessional attitude. He didn't have a name tag on so I dont know what his name was but if I were you if you want Subway steer clear of this one next to the UPS store, you may have to find another one with better ratings, and better service cause this one needs to get rid of this guy! It's not my fault you messed up the sandwich!! DO BETTER THE FIRST TIME AND YOU WONT HAVE ANY ISSUES!!

    The employee that took care of me lacks customer service. She didn't acknowledge me because she was too busy carrying a phone conversation. Then, when she finally realized I was there, and let her know what I'd like, she started to ensamble my sandwich with anger. She finished making the sandwich, proceeded to ring me up, and went right back to her phone conversation, that was carried on while she prepared my food. She didn't engage with me at all. Poor service, hopefully the owner takes care of this. La empleada que me atendió carece de habilidades de atención al cliente. No me prestó atención porque estaba demasiado ocupada hablando por teléfono. Luego, cuando finalmente se dio cuenta de que estaba allí y le dije lo que quería, empezó a preparar mi sándwich con mala cara. Terminó de prepararlo, me cobró y volvió directamente a su conversación telefónica, que había mantenido durante todo el tiempo que preparaba mi comida. No interactuó conmigo en absoluto. Un servicio pésimo; espero que el dueño tome medidas al respecto.
