  I’m not really the type to ever make reviews but I’ve had 2 bad experiences here. As someone who loves dutch, I frecuent this location often on my way to work or for my breaks. The past two times I’ve gone, I’ve ordered at the window since I don’t drive. Both times I visited during my 15 minute break. The past two times I’ve ordered and waited more than 20 minutes for my drink!! The girls in there just kept chit chatting, one of them was sipping on her drink. Unless you’re in the drive thru they don’t seem to prioritize people that want to order in the window. The cars kept driving through the drive thru and I had to wait for the line to end in order to finally get acknowledged and get my drink. On top of that there was no apology and accountability on their part either. Do better for your customers!!

  I love Dutch Bros and usually have a great experience, but this location can really be hit or miss. This time, I was told to drive all the way around and rejoin the line because I apparently messed up the order of the car behind me. I’m honestly not sure what to say about that. Nobody told me I had to wait for two cars to pass, and I was just following normal merging etiquette. Instead of helping sort it out, they were going to make me restart by having me pull all the way around, basically a penalty for something that wasn’t clear at all. I even have a video of the interaction attached. Along with a video of me not cutting in front of anyone. I’m not sure what kind of policy this is, but it definitely left a bad impression.

  Very disappointed to be writing this review. It is solely regarding the customer service received. I frequent this location OFTEN as it's right down the street from my home, my son's school, and literally on my way to work. On top of that the customer service as always been top tier! Today I arrived around 8:15 and when I entered the drive thru line another car came in behind me. The young lady taking orders came up to window to take my order then immediately goes "oh I'm going to help that car first" and leaves before I can even respond. Then a young man comes to take my order and he can clearly see I'm speechless. When I mention how weird the interaction was he states "oh yeah that car was here first it was just at a stop sign" to which I replied: "then it wasn't here first if it's behind me then right?" I proceeded to respectfully and politely decline service, backed out and went to Starbucks. I sadly will not be returning to this location. And while many people have told me to explicitly mention the races of the young lady that first approached me, my race, and the race of the gentleman sent to help me. But instead I'll simply understand it for what it is: ignorance.
