He was not rude or anything. He was explaining how it was his fault because he didnt check. Whatever female that was working Friday night was quite rude and disrespectful. She told him since it's "his bad" the driver won't bring the money back and he has to come get it himself. Then he tried explaining why it had happened, and the female made fun of his southern accent because he's from Shreveport Louisiana. She mocked him in an insulting way and then hung up on him. It sucks because I love ordering food from here, but I will not be anymore. She had no reason to be like that to him because he wasn't even being rude. Was just making sure he could get the change back. One persons condescending remark can change my mind about a whole situation. Too bad. I spend $50-$70 Everytime I order and I order quite often. 🤦♀️
