Because I had to get steak instead of chicken. I asked if they would charge me for chicken instead. They said that they couldn’t do that. I understand a busy night, but literally they had eight people working in there and there was no chicken on the grill until they realized they were out of chicken. From a customer service standpoint is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t care what the policy is. I worked kitchens for 10 years and that is absolutely worthless. If that is indeed the policy. It needs to be changed.
