I am writing to report a very disappointing experience during a recent visit to your Wilshire Blvd. location. I visited with my 8-year-old daughter to try the new K-pop Demon Hunters meal, something she was very excited about as a big fan. Unfortunately, what should have been a fun and memorable outing quickly turned into a negative experience. When we arrived, the manager on duty appeared completely unaware of the promotion. While we were waiting, my daughter, wife, and I could clearly hear her complaining and using inappropriate language about the new meal offering. This was especially concerning given that young children, were present and exposed to this behavior. When she finally took our order, her attitude was dismissive and condescending. She made an unnecessary remark saying, “Wow, you must be the biggest fan,” in a tone that felt mocking rather than friendly. When I calmly asked for her name, she abruptly shut the window on us. At the next window, I attempted to identify the manager, but the staff refused or were unable to provide her name. The only response we received was a brief apology from another employee, with no effort made to address the situation further. To top everything off she also got our order wrong. As a restaurant manager myself, I understand the importance of professionalism, especially from leadership. This experience reflects a serious lapse in training, customer service standards, and accountability. No customer, especially a child, should be subjected to that kind of language and treatment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure better training and oversight moving forward. Order 1349 03/31/2026 4:16 am

Why why do your employees ALL have to be so rude. I made a promise to never come here again.. I hate to admit it but we spend at least $110-$160 per week here.. doing a Sunday morning breakfast and a Friday night dinner.. that’s the weekly fast food treat for our kids and we religiously come here every week and every single week, everyone in the drive through is so rude. Or miserable? Or both. I’ve never seen such a miserable group of people. They are rude, nobody smiles, they don’t say hello or thank you and when I point out that they incorrectly gave us something (I check because they always screw up or short our order), they get so irritated like it’s our fault. Tonight they didn’t give us the toy that comes with the happy meal and when I mentioned “I’m sorry the toy is missing”, the guy at the drive through window gets so rudely irritated like it’s my fault for asking and then gets agitated and he rudely tells me “it’s in the bag man!”. I tell my six year old daughter, it’s in the bag don’t worry baby” and when we get home, we realize we’ve been lied to. I pulled out my receipt and called and after about 15 rings, someone finally picked up and I get the manager on the phone, With the manager telling me that she’s sorry, they ran out of toys for their happy meal, days ago and at this time there are no toys.. oops sorry. This McDonald’s has a very low bar when it comes to hiring people because I cross the entire location, the management does a very poor job of hiring people. Most of the staff is lazy, aggressive, and rude, And quite literally, I haven’t met anybody who cares even a little bit. I know it’s just a McDonald’s job, but this is a very very poorly ran operation.. @McDonald’s, If this is a corporate ran store, then shame on you for letting it get this bad… — And if this is a franchise store that is owned by an individual, then shame on the business owner for allowing such a poorly ran business.. Obviously, and reading the reviews for this location, this is a concurrent running theme of POOR all around. MY ENTIRE FAMILY HAS AGREED NEVER TO COME TO THIS LOCATION, EVER AGAIN. WE ARE DONE FOR THE FINAL TIME..
