- DSDaniel S4 days ago1.0The worst workers I’ve ever seen in my life. This store by far has the most unprofessional workers in my life. We don’t go there often but we go there for the deals and the pokemon vending machines since it’s one of the only vending machines in LA. Every time we get there, there is a security guard or worker standing at the machine buying whatever is in the vending machine. We wait for a minute, and get kicked out by security for loitering however the security guard and the workers sit there and wait for restocks indefinitely. Additionally when we are finally able to get product they skip us in line and give the excuse that they were waiting all day for a restock and they deserve to be in front of us. It’s very unprofessional that the workers are scalping and back dooring all the product from people that want to open it.

I literally just got my delivery, and the driver had to carry those bags in his arms because there were no handles. Do you really think it’s acceptable for a store of this level to sell bags like that? If you believe that customers who order online and aren’t physically present in the store can be treated this way — that’s honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable.
