  I had a great experience today with the team at Prince Street. They had some severe challenges with an oven down and delayed orders, and the team was transparent with me and solution oriented. They even offered me a free slice while I waited. Shout out to Sami and her teammates—you were really rising to the occasion and made me feel special even with the delay in the order!

  Best pizza in LA bar none. Staff here are outstanding - total dedication to making each pie perfect. Line is managed super well. Vibe is excellent and there’s even a machine that makes sure the water used for the dough matches NY water so it tastes exactly like the original. Perfecct.

  I'm really tired of this Pizza Shop. I was convinced by a co worker to frequent this establishment and there's only a couple of times I leave somewhat satisfied. I think it's the end of the road for me and this place, seriously. I don't know of any other Pizza Place in the city that doesn't take slice orders over the phone or online; especially when I work across the street from the establishment. When I have my break which is only last 30 MINUTES to begin with, I want to be in and out. My order is very simple on top of that 3-4 PLAIN SLICES OF PIZZA. My break is between 1:30 and 3:30 and the shop stops making plain pizza at 2am a whole hour before they close. With so many people in the city who are Vegan, vegetarian or individuals who just like plain pizza why is this the issue every single week.
