Don’t place an app delivery order from this location. Though the order was marked delivered, I never actually received my items. I was informed that I will receive a refund decision in 1-2 days, but was not updated for several days. When I contacted cs, the store associate informed me that they did everything they could have done, and I should put a door code on the special delivery request from now on. Little did he know, I actually did, and that is why I never encountered an issue of missing package until now. Regardless, I didn’t see the point of arguing much, but it was still disappointing to see them not care much about it.

I used to shop here quite often, including online orders, but will be canceling my subscription. I went in to grab lunch for work was walking around a bit because I checked the Pokémon machine to see if it would restock a couple times. Went through self check out and paid for everything. Then was cornered outside by one of the sushi chefs accusing me of not paying for my sushi she asked me where my sushi was… I’d already put it in my purse. With my receipt. I showed it to her. It was very disrespectful the way she accuse me of stealing it. Not the way you should be treating customers

The Store is clean, They have decent products, Feels like a regular grocery store, just extremely overpriced and many of the workers act like they don’t want to be there. I get it. It’s worked awful. Nobody really wants to work. Understood. But they also treat some of the people like they don’t wanna be there we can see it. There is a lack of customer service at This location. And I feel like that’s some discrimination that happens here. Of course, in California, you gotta be weary of the homeless something like that but still don’t disrespect people. Sometimes I look really breath cause I’m sick. I have injuries and I walk in the store to get some things. I don’t like being followed around the store because I’m having a rough day. I don’t like being watched like a hawk at the checkout when I’m just trying to pay. More clarity on that I don’t like someone standing right next to me, eyeing me, and I am pulling out my card to pay. Is it because I’m black I don’t know or did I look homeless? I don’t know but I feel Like that should not happen even if you are being weary. I think that the managers, supervisors, floor worker, And basically everyone who works here needs a course and customer service. Pacifically I’d rather go to Ralph’s where they are nice and personable and better priced for the exact same things. The upside is it was closer to where I am at.
