  If you need to buy coffee this is not the right place. A person who looked Asian serving me coffee gave me the worst service. I recommend going to Starbucks on the corner of Robertson for better service. I bought 5 coffees and 1 chocolate. The problems that the workers have at home should not be brought to work. We all have problems but the customers service should come first.

  It hurts my heart to write this review - I have thought about writing it many times over the past few years but stopped myself .. Today, however, was the final straw. I have shopped at pavilions almost every single day for the past 18 yearsI live very close so it’s convenient). .. When I first started shopping there, it was like shopping at Nordstrom‘s - Staff was happy and it showed in their customer service. Many of the staff are still super friendly and eager to help so I want to make sure that that is clear. However, a few years ago the guy who works in Self- check out told staff to “watch me” (This is because I returned a can of evaporated milk that I meant to give to the front desk and took home by accident- It was a$400 purchase & the can was $1.29 ).. another time, I mistakenly entered the wrong code for a muffin( I entered the code for bagels) And he jumped all over me like I was committing a major heist of some sort ( Again the difference was $.50 At most in $150 purchase).. In addition, the women at the sushi place followed me to the register to make sure I “paid for it”. The only thing that I can conclude is that they see an African-American man and have decided to ““ watch me” . I have addressed this with management and it was only partially addressed .. So it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I go in there but the friendly Staff make me come back( Since there are more friendly staff than not).. Today, however, there was a new-ish Security woman who all but blocked my way when I was leaving the self checkout area and mean-mugged me the entire time. I know that a lot of people in this neighborhood want to act like that’s not possible but it has been confirmed by staff who have told me exactly what has been said. I moved from Virginia and walked away from a Law practice to raise my children In a place like West Hollywood and it is so disappointing to be treated like this in a place where I spend over $25k / year (I had regional manager send me my receipts )…. I think I am done shopping there - I will try trader joe’s, Bristol farms & Ralph’s ( they are not as convenient but enough is enough )… EDIT: I spent far too much time trying to locate the contact link ( per the response below) so I called the main customer service number at Albertsons / pavilions & a representative asked me to detail what happened & assured me that someone would call - as of today, no word .. maybe there is an easier way to reach the contact us link but not on my cell phone ..

  The staff is indifferent, save for a few people. Atmosphere is a little depressing, layout is overwhelming and disorganized. But you get some good deals if you are a member and the pharmacy staff is great.

  Don’t come to this Pavilions unless you want your car towed while you’re inside shopping! I’ve been a patron here for years. I went here Friday evening (granted it was near closing time) to grab a few groceries. When I got out of the store, my car was gone and the parking security told we I wasn’t allowed parking there… even though I was inside there store buying groceries…??? Guessing the guards are getting a kickback from the towing company? It cost me $498 and an uber ride past downtown LA to get my car out of the impound lot. Beyond mad!
