El joven barbudo que trabajaba ese día como cajero fue muy servicial. Creo que se llamaba David. Un cliente nos interrumpió mientras estaba haciendo mi pedido, pero el cajero manejó la situación con profesionalismo y rapidez. Lo escuché saludar cortésmente por su nombre a algunos clientes habituales cuando entraban. Fue amable y acogedor, y sin duda volvería a comer aquí. El resto del personal fue atento y volvió a llenar las tapas cuando tomé mi vaso. Realmente aprecio la hospitalidad en este lugar.

Warning: DO NOT TAKE A LUNCH BREAK HERE. Took 20+ minutes to produce nothing but a refund for an online order and then all of a sudden wanted to act like the order exists so it was a priority last minute. I just get a refund nowadays, calling corporate doesn’t make things work any quicker in the moment. Once these stores start shutting then people will realize how much they appreciated the opportunity to work in this country’s food service industry. The argumentative approach and attitude when a receipt is purchased and the outrage experienced from management when a refund is requested was not acceptable by any means. Won’t be coming back.
