  Was asked to repeat my order multiple times, at the window still had the wrong oder I let them know (1st window) then they wanna ask why im frustrated, at this point ive said my order 3 times and have asked to speak to the manager, explained what happened, and still got my oder wrong.... day manager is legit night manager idk

  I could tell the guy at the speaker didnt want to cook dinner food, he wanted me to wait 10 min because breakfast was coming which I didnt want breakfast food. So I just drove off. Lazy

  Location is the best of other 2 in Baldwin park, but why are employees so rude and l act and look like they hate there job ? Are they not getting higher pay? And I never not have a problem with my order. Take self service away we need face to face customer service.

  It is busy place, I have issue to pick up my breakfast, fortunately the manager walked to me, resolved, he was very helpful respectful the customer. made my day beautiful.

  This business is ridiculous. I had to wait over 10 minutes in the designated area after paying, only to receive my order cold and served in a bad mood. When I told the person who delivered my food that it was cold and incomplete, they simply replied that it was what the order said, even though I showed them the receipt. Please, instead of sending me a message like you do to all the other reviews, invest your time in improving your business.
