The register clerk was not welcoming, in fact, she seems exhausted and annoyed helping customers. I didn’t want to eat an entire loaf of bread so she offered to sell me two slices, so I ordered that and cream cheese. She sighed in frustration with a mouth gesture added to it. I also ordered coffee, she gave me the cup. Out of 6-7 coffee dispensers, only one had COLD coffee. I asked an employee in the lobby, he said he’ll refill it, that never happened. Waited for a while on a dirty table for my order. Then got called by the associate behind the order dispatch counter, whose supervisor was next to her, to pick up my bread order. I asked her if she could warm up my coffee or provide me with new hot coffee. She being next to her supervisor told me she was too busy to help me. I asked for a refund and left to never come back again. Not a big expensive order is true but still got very disappointed with their service and attitude from the moment I walked in.
