I got a burger from here and it was amazing. It was my first time and I was super impressed. It was a half lbs burger and they served a ton of fries. Service was great as well. No complaints

The food was okay, but the service was just average. The most disappointing part was how incredibly slow the food came out. We waited a very long time after ordering. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're hungry or in a hurry.

It's February 28th 2026 4:40 pm and I'm inclined to write this review because I came here just now with my family and brought my service dog and she was seated with us and my dog was well behaved and the waiter we had was great he brought some of our food but then the manager who is a female brought us a plate and startled my dog and my dog popped her head up and the look on the managers face was with disgust when she seen we had a dog and rolled her eyes and that attitude is unacceptable and just walked away when my father was explaining to her that my dog's head popped up because she was startled she was ignoring my dad as he was talking to her and when the manager walked away she was telling the waiter that there can't be dogs. It's understandable if dogs are not allowed but my dog is a service dog and also there's a way to go about things. The only thing that manager should be disgusted with is her own attitude and I hope she reads this review because I'm beyond upset I took my food to go. The waiter was amazing tho great personality and attentive. The manager doesn't deserve her title. She's lucky I didn't tell her off because I really wanted too! I've been coming here for years and unfortunately I will no longer be coming back.

Had a reservation at 8:45pm for my family of 4 This Valentines. Came in before 7:20pm, which I had told the receptionist that we came in early for the reservation. He said it's okay, not too many people at the time and estimated wait time "20-25 minutes". Been almost an hour, too many people already seated way before we check in. I asked another receptionist how many more wait time do we have. She couldn't see our party. But saw my reservation at 8:45pm. Told me we will be seated closer to our reservation. Since that's what she saw on the time, which is our reservation time. What? (My friend who we saw and walked in to the restaurant, THAT WAS 20 minutes after we got there and doesnt have reservation. Got their seat FIRST!) Now it's been an hour and 15 minutes. I specifically asked the guy receptionist how come I'm still waiting at this time. He couldn't find my party, AGAIN. And saw my reservation at 8:45pm. I told him we've been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes not the initial time you said that is 20-25 minutes. (Because he forsure did not put my name on the list of people waiting upon check in, and just leave the reservation name at 8:45pm). I saw him clicked my name when I was talking to him, meaning that's the time I was put on the wait list line. Past our reservation time, my family was still waiting. They kept telling sorry it's Valentines day. What's wrong with you people. I would definitely understand if it's late but not to the point that we waited for almost 2 hours! You guys are too much. I was told 20-25 minutes and I will definitely understand if it doubles the wait time but for my family to wait like that while others who check in way past us and got seated before us is frustrating.
Now, They know I have children with me. My almost 3 year old and 5 year old was with me. And they wanted to seat us in the high chair bar! Where my almost 3 year old can easily Fall. I looked at the receptionist and asked why here. She was like it's okay there. I'm like no. My child can fall off that chair, It's too high for him. Mind you, I can see empty seats where my kids can safely seat. She said, well I need to ask my manager. I said okay, she was like okay here? (To the bar area). I said no! Why would she think it's okay to let a two year old seat on a high bar chair by himself? Omg, my frustration is over the top. And my husband was asking me to just leave. But we waited for 2 hours and my kids are hungry so we stayed.
Now, waiting game again even on food. We ordered 2 kids meal and 2 regular entree so we can just eat because everyone's hungry. ASKED the server where the food are. It's been almost an hour (Our initial server left for the night and I was asking our new server) I nicely ask even just for my kids. Just the kids meal. The couple in front of us who sat almost same time as we did were already eating their desserts while my family waits even just for the kids meal. I was frustrated, my kids kept telling me their cold and hungry. We were there for over two hours without food and cant do anything.
Maybe one manager saw me and my kids getting frustrated and approached us. She then apologized, she said they were busy. I understand but I really think they forgot about our order since other people got their food while my family waits for that long. (But I did not say it to her face and just kept it to myself) she offered soup or salad while waiting, but we declined. we really just want to get even just the food for my kids. They were hungry, waiting for almost 3 hours just for a kids meal. Then she came back saying she will take care of our check because of the long wait time for food. I appreciate that, I really do. But this experience was the worst we've ever been too. It was too much especially for my kids

Well all the reviews sounds great..but I actually have not been here yet .tempted..but as I was looking at the website on the menu.. it does not price nothing on any items.. fancy I guess!! But alot of people like to know what there in for going somewhere new ..price would be good and recommend..I really don't see the purpose of not showing it..well as a customer I'm capable of affording any dinner but it's the principle of it all..let's be honest no matter who you are everyone looks at price..I really would love to try this place.. but only this issue is holding me back. Put prices ..!!!!
