No regard for what I want, just blurting out things and moving on as soon as a molecule of air comes out of my mouth. We get to the sour cream and cheese, where she asks “do you want sour cream and cheese” and I responded very loudly and clearly, “no sour cream or cheese please!” And she prompted to pour sour cream and cheese all over the bowl and didn’t say a word and just rang me up before I could say anything.

The manager on duty (Middle Eastern guy with thick eyebrows) was nowhere to be found. There were other employees that were leaving for the day, and he was too busy chitchatting with them to help his employee. I told the guy on the line that he is doing a great job and to slow down. I tried to bring it up to the manager, how great his employee was doing, and my issues with his (manager) performance, but he just dismissed it and pretended nothing was wrong. I tried to ask for the employee’s name to give him some recognition, and he declined to provide that. It seems like he was worried about a bad review on him. Very sad to see little support from a manager.
