- APAmanda PinedaDec 22, 20251.0The one employee on the food line (young Mexican guy with a mustache) was left alone by himself handling the dinner rush. He was taking orders and restocking the line. The manager on duty (Middle Eastern guy with thick eyebrows) was nowhere to be found. There were other employees that were leaving for the day, and he was too busy chitchatting with them to help his employee. I told the guy on the line that he is doing a great job and to slow down. I tried to bring it up to the manager, how great his employee was doing, and my issues with his (manager) performance, but he just dismissed it and pretended nothing was wrong. I tried to ask for the employee’s name to give him some recognition, and he declined to provide that. It seems like he was worried about a bad review on him. Very sad to see little support from a manager.

But literally every time it’s the same set of people with the weirdest attitudes and they NEVER want to give you a decent sized portion. Then, one of the guys at the registers read the price out loud that clearly didn’t sound right and was real quick to look at us like we were wrong . He didn’t stop to think that maybe it just didn’t sound right based off common sense and said “well i don’t make the prices bro” and then looked down and realized he did in fact make the mistake and was overcharging us by like $30 dollars. It is actually so wild how off putting these employees are … so weird. And clearly by the other reviews, I am not the only person who thinks so.
