- DZDanny ZimAug 23, 20251.0My 8 year old son asked for a sample of some ice cream, the lady gave him a cone. My kid told me he only asked for a sample. I told the lady and they just talked amongst themselves and then one of them walked to the back without saying anything to us. It was a whole process, the lady had to call the owner and he said no lol. I thought they would've tossed the scoop and give him the right one. Lady said he licked it so no refunds, I said no he didn't. She said she means she handed it to him so no refunds. It was just a weird experience. I mean, is it a big deal to lose $1 in ice cream to satisfy a little kid? Oh well, wont be coming back.

I bought two quarts of ice cream, and when I asked for extra spoons, the two girls working there told me they were only allowed to give two. Really? For a place that sells ice cream, you'd expect a little more flexibility. It’s frustrating when basic customer service feels so restrictive. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
