  Deserves no stars but their customer care came through. My wife and I with our 4 year old came to the restaurant and was reading our list of order for the rest of the family. 2 people were putting the food in our bowl and this mexican guy named Michael was already told by my wife not to put tomato on the bowl and my wife suddenly read “tomatillo green chili salsa” as one of the addons. Michael put tomatoes on the bowl and we calmly said “oh we did not want the tomatos on the bowl”. He ignored us and again i told him “is it okay to remove the tomatoes?” Michael closed the bowl with tomatoes inside and told us “i heard you say tomato!” Aggrevated and rudely. One middle eastern guy named mohammed came and told michael “I heard them say tomato too”. We told them we are just reading what it says on the order and on the app as well. Me and my wife shrugged it off and when we completed the payment, mohammed told us “if you are going to do this everytime go order online!”. Me and my wife just came from work and tired and just want to order food and coming to the physical branch does not work anymore? What kind of customer service and hospitality is chipotle hiring? These 2 needs to be trained again. All of our orders were actually incorrect. We are deeply disappointed with our experience.

  the food was great but the atmosphere and the workers are so rude. one of the guys rolled his eyes when me and my bf were there and kept asking me what i wanted but im pretty shy so my bf talks for me and we never have any problems at other restaurants or fast food places when this happens but the worker just kept on personally attacking me 😭. i know some workers just have bad days so i hope it was just that.

  I walked up to the pick up counter to inquire about my online order. I shared the name I was here to pick up and the worker goes “Yeah, it’ll be out right now.” Didn’t bother checking in with the kitchen or anything… just a monotone response and then he went straight to sweeping. I waited about 3 more minutes when another worker noticed I was still waiting. 2 mobile orders were sitting right behind the 1st worker during the first interaction. The 2nd worker looked at them, asked for my name, only to find out my order was there the entire time… Extremely poor customer service. I would check in on that employee, not being able to anticipate customer needs is a concern.

  3/13/26 today was BOGO to show your tattoo. All of the employees are very rude and impatient, when I jokingly told an employee “so I guess you’re not gonna check my tattoo?” she got upset and said “can’t you see we are busy?” Very disrespectful. The burritos were huge but realized it was just filled with rice. Don’t go to this location.
