  We ordered food. It took 30 mins and when we got the food it was cold. We asked if they could reheat the food. Took another 10-15 mins and came back just as cold. Same with our drinks. For just 1 shot of alcohol it took 20 mins and worse part it was a slow night. Only like 4 tables and 3 people sitting at the bar. Just worse service and experience. Definitely don't recommend going. Burger King next door would have offered a better service.

  We recently dined here and unfortunately had a disappointing experience, largely due to what appeared to be understaffing and management issues rather than the effort of the server. One waiter was responsible for a very large section (around 12 tables), and while he was clearly working hard and doing his best, it wasn’t enough to maintain quality service. We experienced long waits throughout the meal, no drink or water refills, delayed appetizers, and confusion with our “bottomless” order (we received duplicate onion rings instead of the mix we ordered, and the chips didn’t arrive until the end of the meal). We also noticed other tables experiencing similar issues, including long waits for drinks like beer. It was clear the demand exceeded what the staff could reasonably handle. This feels like a management and staffing problem rather than an individual performance issue. With better support and organization, the experience could be much improved. We will not be returning.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered a simple 10-piece boneless wings order and ended up waiting over 30 minutes without ever receiving my food. What made it worse was watching other customers who arrived after me get their food before I did. Even my friends, who ordered more items than me and ordered bone-in wings, received their food while I was still waiting. After waiting so long with no updates, I completely lost my appetite and had to cancel my order. The service was extremely unprofessional, and the whole situation was very frustrating. I also spoke with the manager, Merna, but unfortunately nothing was really done to resolve the situation. Overall, this was a very poor customer experience and not what I expected…. Save your time and your money, just go elsewhere.

  Love this place. Mark, Ricky, Lupe, and Annie at the bar are awesome. Hailey is an amazing manager!
