  Stopped in this evening at 5:30. Nobody else in lobby. Employees ignored me for 10 minutes. Employees saw me, just couldnt be bothered to take my order. Went down the road to Yreka. Second bad experience with this location. Dont waste your time with this location.

  For the most part, you might think that a Taco Bell is a Taco Bell is a Taco Bell. For the most part, you are probably right. 🌮 Food is made according to the manual, according to prepackaged and prepared ingredients. How much difference could there be from shop to shop? The service is based on training and while there can be some variation in quality, overall it is pretty uniform. The shop layout is similarly predetermined in the central office so, all in all, you might think that they are all largely the same. As they say in Japan, "Who can tell one sardine from another?" And yet.... When is a Taco Bell, not just a Taco Bell? When it is at the base of Mount Shasta with an incredible, unbeatable mountain view 🏔️ in the background. Breathtaking. Sombrero Sinay says: I suggest buying your food to go and going to the supermarket next door. They have a picnic table in the back, presumably for workers, but you can avail yourself outside of peak meal times. Eat you meal, enjoy the mountain. Even a Taco Bell Grande tastes better in the mountain air 😁😁

  Lived here my whole life. The service has always taken 30+ more minutes for food they charge 30% more then the avg Taco Bell. And recently they removed the meal deal exclusives from the app. Final straw, I as a local will never go back. There are alternatives in town. Why go to Taco Bell and spend $9 on a burrito and still be hungry when you can go to the Mexican food truck and get better food for a slightly higher price that you can eat over two meals.

  The wait was really long just for a little box of Nachos and they completely forgot the chips for the chips and cheese that I ordered, when I went in to ask for them they all let out a audible sigh as if they weren't just sitting in there messing around with eachother and getting nothing done. Not going back, I should have looked at the reviews before I even made a purchase. We literally sat there for 45 minutes waiting after I gave them an extra ten minutes by making an online order. I work in customer service and food preparation and this was appalling.

  There was hardly anyone in there. The girls were talking about their relationships. They were too busy to really work hard on getting my food. They were talking about intimate things and with no care that everybody out. The three of us out in the area could hear everything that they were talking about. I just felt that that was disrespectful and so that's why I gave a low service score. I gave a low score on atmosphere for the same exact reason. It honestly was a very clean Taco Bell which I was very pleased with. It was situated in a nice area. Good parking. There is a dog area for them to for the dogs. Not specifically for them, but you have an area a large parking lot. The food was actually decent for Taco Bell but I just really gave a low rating because of the service and how long it took for my food to get to me for fast food for it to take 20 minutes was ridiculous when there was so few people that needed to be taken care of
