But this particular location consistently has the most incredible staff I've ever seen in any McDonald's. All ages and walks of life make up their staff, yet all are consistently pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, upbeat, cheerful, and very personable. Not sure what management is doing to sustain their positivity, but you've got a terrific group there, no matter what time of day or what shift it is. I recommend merit raises across the board as a good initial step to encourage staff retention. When you have a good thing, you should reward it, and you have a great thing there McDonald's!
