- CHCaleb HamptonOct 8, 20251.0I placed a mobile order around 1:30 PM and arrived about 10 minutes early. When I walked in, I told the staff member (a young man) that I had an online order and was early for pickup. He said something I couldn't hear and went to the back without asking for my name or checking the order. I waited several minutes with no one at the counter. When I checked the app, it showed my order had been cancelled/voided. I assumed it was a mistake on my end, so I placed another order. After waiting another 8 minutes, that order was cancelled too. No one came out to explain either cancellation, instead the staff just stayed in the back and voided both orders without saying anything. I only saw the staff member once and no one else after that. I understand places get busy (there were no customers during the time I was there though), but clear communication goes a long way. A simple explanation would’ve saved me 20 minutes of waiting and confusion.
