  I placed a mobile order around 1:30 PM and arrived about 10 minutes early. When I walked in, I told the staff member (a young man) that I had an online order and was early for pickup. He said something I couldn't hear and went to the back without asking for my name or checking the order. I waited several minutes with no one at the counter. When I checked the app, it showed my order had been cancelled/voided. I assumed it was a mistake on my end, so I placed another order. After waiting another 8 minutes, that order was cancelled too. No one came out to explain either cancellation, instead the staff just stayed in the back and voided both orders without saying anything. I only saw the staff member once and no one else after that. I understand places get busy (there were no customers during the time I was there though), but clear communication goes a long way. A simple explanation would’ve saved me 20 minutes of waiting and confusion.

  Helpful and friendly employees. Wasn't sure what to order, so the employee walked me through the process, explaining the different options available for the sandwiches... pleasant experience
