  I very rarely write negative reviews, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. The service here was terrible. We had a long wait for our order—that much I could overlook. I watched them preparing our food, and I specifically saw them putting the sauces into a separate small bag. However, when I was called up to collect the order, I couldn't find the bag of sauces anywhere. They weren't inside the main bag with the burgers, either. We asked for the sauces, but we couldn't even find a staff member to hand them to us. Then, as we went to pick up the bag containing the burgers, it completely fell apart right there on the pickup counter—because it had been sitting in a puddle of liquid that had dripped from the iced drinks placed nearby. Fries, our burgers, and other items from our order spilled out of the bag and landed right into that puddle. We had to wait ages just to get a replacement bag and fresh fries. We didn't hear a single apology—absolutely nothing. They didn't even give us any napkins. This was, without a doubt, the worst service experience I have ever had. I am extremely upset. My day was ruined, and so was my appetite. :(( I hope management takes note of this to improve staff training.

  Why do I have to wait so long for a cup of water it took over 15 minutes just to get a cup of water 💧 😫 one star

  On multiple occasions ill be standing at the counter waiting for an employee to ask me what they can help me with....multiple people walk by and no one asks me not even the manager who I had to eventually get her attention since I was constantly getting ignored. I know the app makes things easier which I use but no option for a cup of water . So customer service is still needed.

  Its McDonald's... they started out giving us the wrong order then had to wait longer for our order.
