They got my order wrong TWICE and when I asked for them to fix it they gave me attitude but on the screen it clearly showed my order the way it was supposed to be made. The second time I didn’t even bother to ask for them to fix it, at that point they should have just gave me a uniform so that I could make my own order

This time I went and thought I’d help them by using the AI and they STILL screwed up. But i didn’t notice till I got home. I forgot to double check their work because I was distracted by my kids. I called and a girl named Liz answered claiming to be the one in charge and her service is terrible. It’s sad that when they screw up their solution is “well you can drive back and get the $3 burger we should have made sure was in the bag.” Dude I’m already far away. Why should the trip back, gas and time wasted be on me for something that should have been done already. The young girl with a colorful Afro and piercings should be re trained and manager should be fired.
