They have “table service” which is indicated by their table numbers and instructions to wait at the table for them to bring it out to you, yet they always place your food in bags anyway and leave it at the counter. Terrible service. Why offer a service they’re not going to do? It seems like they just don’t want to do any customer interaction at this location. Ever since they introduced their new self-order system their customer service has plummeted even more.

They gave me a moldy fry ( I have proof) when I tried contacting they hung up on me and blocked my number. Disgusting.
