- JMJason MinklerMar 24, 20261.0The staff was to busy talking to each other and the manager continuesly interrupted to talk to the employee taking my order. The staff took up the entire indoor seating during lunch time. There needs to be some customer service training at this location.

It is clearly a staff problem because the bad food/small portion size is always served by the same people. They need to bring someone out to retrain the staff because Qdoba in CA isn't even close to Qdoba in CO.
- TATameekah AbdullahMar 4, 20261.0I went to this establishment on monday March 2nd 2026. I ordered 3 tacos from a Mexican worker and he did not speak English right. Each time he asked me what ingredients I wanted, he gave me the opposite ingredient. He then coughed all over my food. His coworker saved the day and called him out on getting my order wrong. The Mexican worker stated he did not speak English alot. His coworker tried to make it right, which he was a fantatic worker. If a worker cannot speak English to their customers, please let the other coworker take the order.
