  Took my volleyball team here to celebrate a win. Conveneint location but Major buzz kill coming here. The staff at the front were not only rude but could not answer any basic questions. Answers were repeatedly "I dunno" and "nope." Finally got the WRONG change and our WRONG orders. No shock they were sloppily prepared and missing items. Common sense is needed here at upper level. Management appeared to be very bad at their jobs and too busy dealing with some kind of drive through problem. Rather than deal with more immaturity, decided to suffer it out in silence but definitely will not be back with my team again. Nasty.

  The food tasted great but it wasn't enough! It wasn't worth the money and my order was wrong. How am I supposed to eat soup with out a spoon

  I was scammed out of a whole $7 after a girl making the food forgot to put the apples I ordered in my pickup order so I turned around and drove nearly halfway back to the store just to see the girl drop the dense apples from the top of the bag on to my food, as if she wanted to squash the sandwiches I paid for but did not receive accurately. As you can see, it says I ordered a Ciabatta Cheesesteak my Dad wanted just to receive it on a Asiago Bagel that is literally half the price with the ciabatta so I hope I can get the $7 stolen from me back as my Dad didn’t even like the bagel bread that was replaced for what he actually ordered.

  We had such a wonderful experience at Panera Bread today! From the moment we walked in, Donna made our visit truly special. She greeted us with the warmest smile and was incredibly patient and helpful while taking our order. What stood out even more was her attentiveness after we sat down. Instead of us having to wait for our number to be called, Donna personally brought our meals to our table. She continued to check in on us several times, making sure everything was just right. It’s rare to receive this level of genuine, thoughtful customer service, and Donna made our day. This was easily one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time. Thank you for going above and beyond!

  Nothing worse than being hungry, spending extra money via grubhub, and receiving an incomplete order. Ordered a Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel sandwhich, chips, cookie, and smoothie... someone marked that they checked the order but no sandwhich inside. Called twice no answer. They had only one job smh
