The bagel was okay but it could have been prepared nicer. I paid extra for a sliced turkey on the bagel instead of their turkey sausage and they were very skimpy.

Fatima, the employee, refused, saying she cannot cut or accept food back once it has gone out from the kitchen. This was not outside food — it had just left the kitchen and had not been handled. About a week ago, the same branch cut the bagel without issue, which is what my child expected. Instead, she gave me a plastic knife that completely ruined the bagel and left me covered in cream cheese. On top of that, my order was made incorrectly — I asked for no tomato, and the sandwich came with tomato. When I pointed this out, she took the sandwich and threw it in the trash in front of me, which completely ruined my appetite. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Cutting a bagel in half is a minimal, reasonable request, and the way this was handled makes me not want to return to this branch.
