- DTDaja TerryFeb 12, 20231.0Ordered pickup on the app. Literally all but one of the ingredients I asked for was incorrect. I can’t eat red onion so I specifically removed it from the sandwich. I asked for extra spinach, less cucumbers, and jalapeños. I received a total of three little leaves of spinach, extra cucumbers, and red onions in place of the jalapeños. I asked for just a little oil and vinegar and the bread was sopping wet. Can’t blame there being a rush as there was no one in the store whatsoever, even when I went in to pick up. There wasn’t even an employee at the counter. I’m thirty minutes away from the place and was picking up breakfast on the way home—going back would spend more in gas than the sandwich was worth. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Tired of going there only to find it closed, we called there at 7:42pm tonite (a Tues); tried 3x but no one ever answered ~ obviously, closed early again tonite. Maybe they wanted to get home early to watch Pres. Biden's SOTU speech? Ha-ha! (Kidding...) But seriously... If it's a lack of business, maybe that's cuz', like my husband & I, people just got tired of being disappointed & took Subway OFF their fast food options list ~ plenty of other places open for us to grab some food. Sure hope the Subway workers aren't charging the owner for hours not worked & no one even there?! Do not believe the hours listed here. If it's past 7pm would be wise to call 1st, or at least have 2nd choice for food at the ready.

You have to constantly repeat yourself to get your order across. The place was hot and dirty. Will not be returning to this location.
