  If I could give him stars j would. The man working behind the counter is the RUDEST person I've come across. No wonder the store is empty all the time. Makes the sandwiches wrong and then argues about it when the receipt is in front of his face. I won't eat here again.

  No restroom for paying customers. This is a violation of California law. If you serve food and drink you must provide restroom. This location also smells so bad! Very stinky.

  The sub itself did taste well and I love the ghost pepper bread, but the sub is literally so much thinner with small portions of ingredients. It was like a hybrid of a sidekick and a foot long. This location is skimpy on their portions like a chipotle and i don't know if it's a greed issue with the franchise or what, but something should change. However, service was attentive and quick.

  The problem with subway isn't their ingredients, it's their assembly. You have to build a sandwich correctly (hence the whole "Sandwich Artist" campaign of the 90s/00s). Now it's just unregulated madness with heavy mayo at the starboard side and bacon just haphazardly thrown into a pile. Assembly is EVERYTHING. Until subway figures this out and finds their roots again, it's just going to be an absolute circus of lettuce and mismanaged sandwich construction. I feel bad for them, chasing the NBA cred and stupid foot long gimmicks. We used to make killer subs there. Now it's just a roadside sideshow slightly better than McDonald's. We have a Jersey Mike's now.
