- DCDanyelle CrawfordJul 17, 20255.0I have been meaning to write this review for weeks! Not sure how to spell the young ladies name but Maya is such a joy every time I walk in the café. She goes above and beyond every single time, she actively asked those around her if they know how to make what was ordered and will have them shadow her if needed. She is genuinely taking the time to connect with the guest and give great recommendations and is making sure the team around her feels supported and is knowledgeable. As someone who also works in the plaza and worked in customer service for about 10 years you all truly have a gem in this place! I would give her more than 5 stars if I could.
