Here at this Walnut Creek California location I've ordered three different times. One of the times they hacked up my order. But the other two times I was helped by Katheryn and she got it exactly right! She was patient, kind, and had a smile on her face throughout the large order. I commended her, and she was grateful for the compliment.

My usual order is a blueberry bagel with nothing on it, so why does it always taste like chives, onions or salmon?? The atmosphere is terrible. They let 3 homeless guys lounge there every morning. One of them blasts the volume on his own personal laptop and another one smokes all over place and reeks. I even caught a terrible cough from that one homeless guy. The only reason I ever came here was because they are open early and have good coffee, but they just serve Pete's coffee! I will be going to Pete's from now on. Avoid this place like the plaque.
