Fatima, the employee, refused, saying she cannot cut or accept food back once it has gone out from the kitchen. This was not outside food — it had just left the kitchen and had not been handled. About a week ago, the same branch cut the bagel without issue, which is what my child expected. Instead, she gave me a plastic knife that completely ruined the bagel and left me covered in cream cheese. On top of that, my order was made incorrectly — I asked for no tomato, and the sandwich came with tomato. When I pointed this out, she took the sandwich and threw it in the trash in front of me, which completely ruined my appetite. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Cutting a bagel in half is a minimal, reasonable request, and the way this was handled makes me not want to return to this branch.

When I pointed out to the cashier, the lady was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge it. I told her that I am a regular customer at another Noah Bagel location she retorted back that I should eat at the other location instead. I am not sure how such insensitive people get hired for customer service role. I love Noah’s bagel but I am not bringing my money to this location in future.
