At 3pm it rang only to hang up after several rings. Tried several times same result . Went to Jersey Mike's. Great service, pleasant employees, so from now on me and my $ will be going there.

When I requested a refund that was denied then was given the number of the store manager who echoed this. Given the poor experience I would not recommend this store in particular. Other subways have been great.
