  Drive through service tonight was really great!! The 2 younger people ( guy and girl around 9:45pm) working the window/ cashier were super sweet! And.......our order was correct and fresh compared to other locations in the area. Thank you so much !

  Every time I come to this McDonald's they get something wrong with my order: forgetting sauce, a whole order of fries, or the most recent time I ordered plain cheese burgers and they gave me regular ones. I always end up having to drive back or go into the restaurant because something is wrong, I shouldn't have to check my take out bag to make sure I got my order. This is the only McDonald's Ive ever been to and had such a consistanly bad experience at with order accuracy. Just going to go to the one on Santa Fe now even though this one is much closer. I'm tired of having orders wrong.

  On Thursday 3/19/2025 I ordered ONE single food item and they STILL got it wrong! I was craving a caramel iced coffee and settled for McDonald's since I wasn't near a Jack In The Box and 7-11 and Am/Pm don't carry it. When I added it to my order at the self service kiosk I noticed that they were doing a special at the time where you could get any size coffee for only $2. Excluding the lattés and frappés of course. So I decided to also get a sausage McGriddle breakfast sandwich from the value menu. The biscuit ones are almost twice as much and I never liked their McMuffins. The English muffins they use always tasted stale to me. I got it to go and when I got home and settled in to have my little breakfast snack, when I opened the wrapper, it turned out that they gave me a sausage and cheese McMuffin. The receipt on the bag clearly said sausage McGriddle. Whoever was working in the back and put my order together either misread it, or mixed it up with an order for the drive-thru. I'd hate to think that they ran out of the little pancake things they use for the buns and just used an English muffin instead without telling me. It should be illegal to be this stupid. Or at least painful. Always check the bag to be sure your order is correct before leaving.

  Really rude I went to get my food Thur the drive Thur and I asked for ketchup and the lady Thur them in my bag and I asked her and she ignored me she rude I should have gotten her name.
