All other restaurants I've visited the rule is 6. When you walk into the restaurant a hostess comes to the door and welcomes you and then walks you to a table. The only place the add on charge is noted is on the wall behind the counter where you do not visit. Additionally, nobody mentions the rule to you. Buyer beware! I mentioned to the employee that the rule should be posted in plain site or on the menu.
