  The girls wear dangly bracelets that dangle all over the sandwiches contaminating them, as im sure they also dangle on them when they use the bathroom. And when they lean over to get ingredients their shirts touch the sandwich. I walked out cuz that was gross

  Poor customer service. Bad attitude. No greeting. Bread box beeping and ignored. No response to a "Hello " We stood there 10 minutes and left. Never again. 20 dollars an hour and this is the kind of service you get. NO THANK YOU!

  I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app for pick up and on the way over I got a call from the store. The employee was calling to let me know they ran out of the bread we had ordered for both sandwiches, and wanted to know what bread we would like instead. We ordered close to close so not shocked at all they were out of the popular herbs & cheese bread. I was very impressed that she called to ask what we wanted instead! I work in food service so I know how annoying it can be to have to call customers lol, and not every employee is willing to do it, some people just wait until the customer arrives to tell them they’re out of what they ordered (or just change it themselves 🙄). So I do consider this simple consideration above and beyond service imo. The sandwich were delicious too 👌🏼 The chips were back down the hallway to the bathroom, which felt a little weird but there isn’t much room close to the counter so they’re just working with what they got.

  Man behind counter needs a hair net. There was a hair in my sandwich which I pointed out as he was making it. He assures me it wasn't a hair but when I sat down to eat there was the hair on my food. He got an attitude when I pointed it out and asked him to remake it. He acted like I was wrong for wanting it remade. Cleanliness is definitely something that this store needs to work on.

  I went to this location and I feel the lady who was the cashier, she over charge me $13.79 for a sandwich when the one I always got it’s about 11.00 dollars wow and I was talking to the manager in charge, over the phone it seems like they don’t want to help me to get a refund back because he thinks he’s employed is right, and no all I see it’s that she want me to over charge. Don’t go here this is the worst subway. 🙄
