- PVPpenelope VonswinkleOct 24, 20251.0Man behind counter needs a hair net. There was a hair in my sandwich which I pointed out as he was making it. He assures me it wasn't a hair but when I sat down to eat there was the hair on my food. He got an attitude when I pointed it out and asked him to remake it. He acted like I was wrong for wanting it remade. Cleanliness is definitely something that this store needs to work on.
- EJEllen JuarezJul 20, 20251.0I went to this location and I feel the lady who was the cashier, she over charge me $13.79 for a sandwich when the one I always got it’s about 11.00 dollars wow and I was talking to the manager in charge, over the phone it seems like they don’t want to help me to get a refund back because he thinks he’s employed is right, and no all I see it’s that she want me to over charge. Don’t go here this is the worst subway. 🙄

I called them to instantly dispute or cancel the transaction and and they would not allow me. They said I had to go to the bank. At the location I was at. They showed me how it is easily deleted from their POS. So basically the owners of that location stated these owners are definitely lying. We called three other times trying to get this rectified and they will not do it. No wonder why they have such a bad reputation and I've already contacted my bank and they will be rectifying this as soon as possible. Buy or beware
- RHRich HarmanJun 18, 20251.0They have the meat slices blocked off you can no longer see how the meat looks from the glass they blocked it. Corporate if you are reading this you know that sends off red flags. The bread was also stale and your bathrooms are always locked my kid almost went on himself because your employees made us wait to unlock the bathroom they said they were busy and we had to wait my kid had to hold it in for a long time and elderly person probably wouldn't have been able to. It's just wrong. And on top of all that my sandwich did not taste fresh it tasted old and stale.
