  Apparently you can only go through the drive-thru if you want to pay with cash here. This is ridiculous! There's no reason to not have somebody at the front counter during business hours. People with cash who aren't in vehicles need service also.

  We have tried so many times to give this McDonald's, chance after chance out of convenience. There are others in our area but this one is closer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. All times of the day. And it is just so.... unbelievably terrible. The only time we have ever gotten an order right is when I get a plain ice cream cone. And their sauce policy is bananas. They literally Argue with you over a sauce packet!!! They dont give us sauce for our nuggets and then say they did. And sometimes my nugget orders come with 1 less than what I order. When we order cheeseburgers with no ketchup no pickles .. we get NOTHING on it. Just a half dollar size mustard splotch. That's it, which was our recent order. And the fries they gave us were ICE cold. Asked for diet coke, they gave us Reg coke with NO ICE. They do NOT care. The women SPECIFICALLY are so rude and disrespectful for no reason whatsoever. MORE SPECIFICALLY, the short manager lady with a tattoo on her face area. She is so unapproachable, rude and walks away when you are trying to communicate the issue with your order. They got mad that we asked for ketchup and LITERALLY THREW it in the bag. KETCHUP.. Its not clean, and theres ALWAYS an issue with our food morning, day or night. ALWAYS !!!! doesnt matter what the order is. Its bizarre how this location has not shut down and people have not been fired. Most recent order of a cheeseburger no pickle no ketchup..... We got meat and bun. Which were chewy.....

  not sure what kind of people they have been hiring, but man… im sure a rock would be a better option at this point. it genuinely sucks when my order is either wrong or cold & this location never fails to give me at least one of the two.
