  Worst customer service !! Don't tell me the 2nd window to pay and than yell at me at the 2nd window for not paying at the 1st.. nonone was even at the 1st window.. food got me sick.. if your constipated go here because it will give you the runs !! Or food sick

  I go in 3-4 a week I got 2 ice coffee one sugar free when I picked them up one didn’t have extra chocolate like I asked that’s fine I did that to see the difference in coffees I asked which one was sugar free they looked the same cashier told me to read labels , I tried and my mom aswell when I went to ask again again attitude about it , very small was sad not sf but ssff , and I explained for a second time my mom diabetic.

  Everything was good, but we waited more than 25 minutes for our order, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy and there weren’t many cars in the drive-thru.

  Worst service ever. Came at 10:47 today and ordered a quarter pounder no cheese and a hamburger. We were told that we needed to pull up and wait no other explanation for not being busy and it being 15 minutes into the lunch service. We waited 10 minutes for our order. When I got home the order was wrong and cold. I don’t understand how this could be when we had to wait for our food and it was wrong. I called and all they said was come back and we will make it again. No apology and no make the situation right. Waste my time and gas while these people make $20/hour and there is no quality check on orders. I will not come back. So disgusted.
