  Carts are always broken or not infront of the store.. its hard to find help if you need help finding something.. also the new bags always break.. nothing like living on the 2nd story to watch your groceries tumble down the stairs.

  This morning I was at Albertsons in Vista Ca. looking at coffee filters, my cart was somewhat at a slight angle in the isle, but not blocking anyone's path . One of the store employees that was putting things back on the shelves walked by me and pushed my cart at least 3 feet away from me. When she was doing this I was trying to stop her because I use the cart to help keep me stable if I need to lean on it. As I turned around and looked at the young girl that moved my cart she said to me she was moving it out of the way. Her action was not only rude, but uncalled for and incentive. If she felt my cart was in the way she should have let me know and asked me to move it, not move it herself out of my reach. I used to love my Albertson's, but it's gotten to the point that the young employees are rude and think they can treat customers however they want. They are not only rude, but lazy too. The day before I was at the check out counter and the male cashier didn't want to walk around the check out area to scan a case of beer that I had asked someone else to put into my cart, he asked me to lift it up so he could scan the bottom, not until I told him I couldn't lift it that he was willing to walk to the cart and scan the code. These are only a few incidents where I have had terrible customer service, believe me I've had many more, but today was the straw that broke the camel's back..I'm to the point that I will now only go to Albertson's if I'm in a bind, I will be shopping elsewhere.

  People are always friendly and helpful. The only comment is when item are on sale they tend to run out fast.

  Today around 1pm I was shopping in your store and received the worst customer service from the young male cashier working register 7 and your Female Customer Service manager. I noticed the price of 12 pack of Fresca sodas I bought weren't the price that I saw them for. So I asked the Cashier if I could get a refund and he tells me "GO LOOK FOR THE MANAGER SHE IS WALKING AROUND THE STORE GO AND LOOK FOR HER BECAUSE I CAN'T HELP YOU GO LOOK FOR HER" I told him no how about you call her for me and he reluctantly did. But that is not how you are supposed to talk to a customer. Manager gives me a dirty look when she walks up and goes and checks the price the part where it says I must buy 3 to get the sale had been folded back so I did not see that until I saw her unfold it. Once I saw that I asked your CSM for a refund and she took the 12 pack out of my cart and slammed it on the counter. Your employees at East Vista Way store lack customer service. I still bought 3 other 12 packs of soda so I still spent money in your store I don't understand why such the bad treatment?

  I had the pleasure of meeting Anne in the deli and what a fun personality! Phil in the meat department was nothing short of awesome and very helpful. Each experience made my smile bigger! This store is becoming my go to store. Each visit becomes more and more fun.
