  Look, it's Chick-fil-A and this location delivers exactly what you want every single time. Whether you're dining in or going through the drive-through, it's always consistent in taste and quality, and they are genuinely fast. The shopping center it's in is so convenient too ..Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Panera, Habit Burger, and now a Pilates studio. Something for literally everyone. And I still don't know what they're putting in the water there, but the employees are always so cheerful it's kind of the best.

  Ashley at Chick-fil-A made my whole experience so much better! She was super nice, sweet, and really attentive while taking my order at the register. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and makes you feel welcome right away. On top of that, the food was fresh and really good, which just made everything even better. Great service and great food, definitely coming back!

  Kept us waiting past 5 mins to the side wait for 4 items and drink. 4 cars behind passed us. Almost got clipped by a truck wanting not to wait for me to drive away.

  I would like to give a sincere shout-out to the cashier who was working during my pickup order today. I came in with two youth from a local STRTP who were trying to purchase a meal and needed to confirm the exact total to make sure they had enough money. While we were figuring that out, a gentleman walked in and we allowed him to go ahead of us. During the interaction, I tapped him lightly on the shoulder to get his attention and ask a quick question. He became upset and accused me of inappropriate behavior (sexual harassment). I immediately apologized and stepped away from the counter with the youth to respect his feelings and de-escalate the situation. Despite this, he continued to raise concern and make accusations. Throughout the entire situation, the cashier remained calm, professional, and understanding. She handled the moment with maturity and composure, and her demeanor helped prevent the situation from escalating further. Her manager also stepped in to assist, and I was able to receive my order and leave. Before leaving, I apologized to her for the disruption, and she responded with kindness and reassurance, which I truly appreciated. What could have been a much worse experience was eased by her calm presence and professionalism. Please recognize her for the excellent customer service she demonstrated. It made a difficult and embarrassing situation much easier to walk away from.
