  So today I went to the drive thru after I ordered I pulled up to the window, a white on the bigger size lady attended me she gave me my total, gave me my drink then the food. When I paid her I gave her a $100 bill and she said she could not break my bill (mind you there was no sign at all stating no large bills are accepted) and so I asked " So you can't break my bill? And she replies no I can't break it not for a $16 meal! And I am just there shocked to how she made me feel about my $16 dollar meal that obviously I have the money to pay for. So I return her the bag with the food and she takes it and as I am giving her the drink back she's like "oh you can keep the drink" and I say No take it and she's like no keep it and she walks away. I should have been like no lady I do not need your free drink I have $100 😅. Well thankfully McDonald's was right across from there and they happily took my $100 bill for my son's meal! 😊 so yeah lady I am assuming you were the manager learn to be more well mannered when refusing to provide service. (Wondering if that meal was served to the next customer?)

  This Wendy’s on E Noble in Visalia is hands down the best Wendy’s I have ever been to. They really do hire the kindest people here. They have always. always been so kind & amazing to us. We so appreciate this branch & it makes coming here so enjoyable. Thank you for always being so sweet to us.

  don’t recognize what they advertise, so you are charged more money than what they advertised! 🤷‍♀️ (& definitely NOT worth what they’re charging!)

  My whole visit here was great. I arrived to find plenty of free parking, there was no wait to place my order. The order was promptly filled. It tasted great, and the staff was a pleasure to interact with.

  I love going here! The people in drive thru are super sweet and smile! Sure is nice to have my food hot and pleasant people that are happy to be there!
