For that entire time I stood at the counter… watching the kitchen staff make eye contact with me. Finally. This young lady shows up. At that point my kids, being kids, used the kiosk to order and pay. All that to say that this was my first visit to this particular Panera bread. Already, I see the value of AI to replace the despondent assistant manager who stared at me unapologetically when she finally went to take my order. As for the food. The presentation was good but my apple was mealy. Understandable.. hard to tell a good apple these days. Kids were happy with their stuff.

My favorite sandwich is the smokehouse BBQ chicken with a baguette. Yummy! Try it next time you visit Panera, let me know your thoughts.
