  I want to start off with, my place of business uses this location for lunch meetings often. I placed an online order for delivery for a meeting- the order was fifteen minutes late, one of the sodas was wrong, and the meat from my sandwich was completely missing. But that wasn't the worst part. When I called to discuss with the store manager, after putting me on hold, she proceeded to tell me "I'm not going to call you a liar, but I made those sandwiches myself and I know they weren't wrong." and then "I'm not going to argue with you, but I will credit a sandwich and a soda." I cannot believe the level of customer service I experienced today, specifically coming from the general manager. Being that I am in customer service myself, I could never imagine being that disrespectful and rude to a customer. Attached is a photo she declined to receive. Do better.

  Pretty good sandwiches. Little pricey but food came withing 5 minutes. And friendly and helpful staff
