- KTKhristy ThomasDec 1, 20251.0I went to Jamba on my lunch break. I ordered one large açaí primo bowl and one small açaí primo bowl. Upon getting the bowls the bananas in the bowl were black in the center, the strawberries were mushy. Even the açaí was watery to the point it looked like I was getting a soup bowls. I am not satisfied at all with the customer service I received at this location. What staff give their customers bowls like that.

Do yourself a favor come to this Jamba location on Mooney! After ordering from the freeway drive through location, I received my drink half filled. I call the Jamba Juice location on Mooney asking if they were the same owner (which they are not, thankfully!) and the ladies there did not hesitate to help me and remake my order. Alexis, Alexa, and Mari are amazing! Their customer service was above and beyond and they were so kind and personable. Thank you ladies for making my day when I wasn’t feeling well. I highly recommend this Jamba Juice!
