  I went to Jamba on my lunch break. I ordered one large açaí primo bowl and one small açaí primo bowl. Upon getting the bowls the bananas in the bowl were black in the center, the strawberries were mushy. Even the açaí was watery to the point it looked like I was getting a soup bowls. I am not satisfied at all with the customer service I received at this location. What staff give their customers bowls like that.

  This Jamba Juice is my go to in town. I made the mistake of going over to the drive through location off of the freeway in Visalia. Do yourself a favor come to this Jamba location on Mooney! After ordering from the freeway drive through location, I received my drink half filled. I call the Jamba Juice location on Mooney asking if they were the same owner (which they are not, thankfully!) and the ladies there did not hesitate to help me and remake my order. Alexis, Alexa, and Mari are amazing! Their customer service was above and beyond and they were so kind and personable. Thank you ladies for making my day when I wasn’t feeling well. I highly recommend this Jamba Juice!

  Absolutely love the smoothie flavors here. Always coming out with new ones, very flexible with changing the ingredients on orders, serve other snacks and drinks, and offer plenty of add-on items or "boosts". Environment is not all that great. Limited seating and nothing to really do in there. There is outdoor seating, though. It would be cool if they had a drive-thru because it's more of a takeout place. The big downside of Jamba Juice is their prices! So so so expensive. Almost $10 per drink. So if you're buying for a small family of 4, you can expect to spend around $30-40 just for drinks! Definitely not the most affordable place. Other restaurants serve smoothies for much less but just don't have the variety of flavors. Employees don't really interact with the customers. You order your drink on a computer and you kind of just see them making the drinks in the back and then they'll call out your order. I liked it better when someone was actually taking your order because it felt more personable. And also it can take quite a while for them to have your order ready. I always wait about 10 minutes even if it's really empty inside. I've loved coming here since I was a kid, but those prices have made me stay away the past few years.

  The product is good but what’s with no customer service!? You have to use kiosk then I wanted to pay cash so they had to void it and start over. Then the gal had to run around to handle cash back. Very inconvenient. Bring customer service back!!
