  This Jamba Juice is my go to in town. I made the mistake of going over to the drive through location off of the freeway in Visalia. Do yourself a favor come to this Jamba location on Mooney! After ordering from the freeway drive through location, I received my drink half filled. I call the Jamba Juice location on Mooney asking if they were the same owner (which they are not, thankfully!) and the ladies there did not hesitate to help me and remake my order. Alexis, Alexa, and Mari are amazing! Their customer service was above and beyond and they were so kind and personable. Thank you ladies for making my day when I wasn’t feeling well. I highly recommend this Jamba Juice!

  Absolutely love the smoothie flavors here. Always coming out with new ones, very flexible with changing the ingredients on orders, serve other snacks and drinks, and offer plenty of add-on items or "boosts". Environment is not all that great. Limited seating and nothing to really do in there. There is outdoor seating, though. It would be cool if they had a drive-thru because it's more of a takeout place. The big downside of Jamba Juice is their prices! So so so expensive. Almost $10 per drink. So if you're buying for a small family of 4, you can expect to spend around $30-40 just for drinks! Definitely not the most affordable place. Other restaurants serve smoothies for much less but just don't have the variety of flavors. Employees don't really interact with the customers. You order your drink on a computer and you kind of just see them making the drinks in the back and then they'll call out your order. I liked it better when someone was actually taking your order because it felt more personable. And also it can take quite a while for them to have your order ready. I always wait about 10 minutes even if it's really empty inside. I've loved coming here since I was a kid, but those prices have made me stay away the past few years.

  Put up signs when you are closing up an area don’t expect customers to know… the associate was very rude telling me can you please move away from here this area, this area is closed for a reason when there’s no sings or the area is not even blocked off. if she would just came and told me and said, am sorry for your safety this area is closed can I have you step that way please. That would of been better.. she didn’t only do it to me she did to other customers…

  I’m giving five stars because I almost always get excellent service from the store. Just wanted to remind the employees that when Dashers come in, we are your food delivery partner to get OUR customers their food. We work together. When I come in, I’m always patient and always courteous. I never take an order that isn’t worth waiting for. This morning, on May 31, I received the least friendly service I’ve ever received from an employee at this store. When I asked to use the restroom, I was questioned as to whether or not I was picking up an order. I already have the bathroom code memorized, but out of respect I asked for the bathroom code. I waited 13 minutes for my order. That’s not a problem, but when the employee went to make the order she told me it had just come through the system. I know that’s not true, I’ve been doing this six years, and I told the employee that my pick up time was already 10 minutes late. I don’t mind waiting for an order, but just know that those of us who have been doing this for years know how it works. Don’t forget when we aren’t dashing, we are customers! There are a couple restaurants I will not go to or take my family to because of how they treat Dashers. If the service I got this morning was always the service I got from the store, I would never come to this store myself. I will give the employee credit for being friendly with the other customers. I know that maybe other Dashers are rude or pushy or impatient, but that’s not me. I have a great rapport with 99.9% of the restaurants and stores I pick up from. Don’t judge us all based on one or two rude Dashers.
