  I absolutely love Dutch Bros! Every time I go, the staff is friendly and genuinely makes my day better. The energy is always upbeat, and they go out of their way to make sure your drink is perfect. They even help me decide what drink to try and recommend flavor combinations when I can’t decide. My drinks are always made right and you can tell they care about quality and consistency. I also really appreciate how they’re always patient, even when there’s a long line. Every time I visit this shop it’s an enjoyable experience and I always look forward to going back the next time I want something to drink! 10/10 recommend!

  Worst experience ever! I ordered a drink for my wife before closing but realized it was the wrong drink by the time I got it home to her. It was too late to take it back so I saved the drink for the next day. I drove up to the drive-through the following day where they have the double line going. They need to do a better job keeping track what order the cars show up since the car in front of me was distracted and kept letting cars in front of us from the other line. I brought this up to them but they just brushed me off. When it was time to place my order I explained the situation and requested a remake. The lead in charge said she couldn't accommodate since according to their policy it had to be remade the same day it was ordered. This wasn't possible in my case and I requested for her to make a one time exception, especially since I had to make the extra drive and wait longer than I was supposed to in the drive-through due to them not properly managing the line. She doubled down and said if I wanted the drink remade I could go to another location. I didn't think this was fair since it was their mistake. I ended up going to the Mooney location, explained the situation, and very easily they remade the drink, despite it not being their mistake to correct. Not only did I have to waste gas and time to drive around to finally get the drink corrected, but now I have to take time out of my day to write this review. I could've just bought another drink to save gas and time, but it's the principle of making things right that this location was not able to deliver. With all that said, don't come to this location. Save you the trouble from the poor customer service and drive to the Mooney location instead.

  I have been coming to this particular Dutch Bros for over 1 year now. I switched over from a well known coffee chain and I have not looked back. There are so many options to create drinks: coffee, shakes, blended freezes, soft top, drizzles, whipped cream, boba, etc. I could go on and on; you can definitely make it your way every time. All the employees here are always cheerful, and outgoing and upbeat no matter the time of the day. Groovy tunes are always bumping in case you gotta wait in a long line at tje drive thru. Y'all definitely put a smile on my face! Good vibes!

  I can’t believe what I just experienced today. I when to dutch to get a coffee and I see this employee in the back getting a mop and the bucket ready for her to use and I’m just waiting at the window for someone to take my order when this girl comes to the SINK and washed her hand WITH THE GLOVES STILL ONE AND took my order. Then she when and did someone’s order with THE DURTY GLOVES STILL ON. That is so nasty 🤮. And then she was rude to me for no reason.

  I have tried to keep ice coffee.It was really good but the coffee taste wasn't strong today.I had tried one today and as the person was taking my order for criminal ice coffee, I want it hot, but then she told me one that was cold, I asked for cold as for Creamer, I wanna get sweet. But instead, I got a coffee with most witchness into it, I had to blend the bottom with the straw with a caramel and got home. I had it at my own Carmel, greamer. Put, I don't know how you would describe it.It's just a taste, is not really there.You wanna taste hazelnut, not from a scale 1 through 10.You want to at least you know, attend?But you settle for it sick , but this one's like more of a three , you know , I want to buy a coffee , I want to get the coffee taste
