- FBFrank BiermannJan 2, 20265.0First time trying Dutch Bros and the Americano was top notch. It really hit the spot tasting amazing from first sip to the end of the cup. I’m not a fan of coffees that get acidic as they cool down, but this cup was pretty consistent in taste and flavor all the way through. I ordered a muffin top on a whim and I was surprised it was literally the top of the muffin, which is the best part of the muffin. This thing was like crack, it was so hard to stop eating. Looking forward to returning!
- JGJose GomezDec 22, 20251.0Horrible service 28 minutes in line and 22 minutes waiting since the gentleman took my order. What should have been a quick stop turned into a whole long wait. There was 4 workers behind the counter and making drinks. So 4 workers = 28 mins for a drink. And when I pulled up to the window they were still making my drink then proceeded to hand me the wrong drink and I tell them. Then the girl laughs and says sorry let me remake it. Once she made the "correct" drink, handed me and I proceeded to let her know she was missing the soft top foam on my drink. She got the drink poured out part of it and then added sloppy foam on top and handed it to me with an attitude. Unfortunately, it's not the first experience like this for this Dutch Bros. You're better off going to any other Dutch Bro in town and not waiting 30 minutes for the wrong drink and bad service.

The staff here is friendly, welcoming, and always in a good mood. It’s a farther drive for me, but totally worth it because of how well they treat you

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
