The manager Santos has a terrible attitude towards his employees from what I seen. I was standing there waiting for my food and it looked like he was training a new person giving her so much attitude the poor girl looked like she wanted to cry by the time I left. Not sure how Dunkin hires managers but they need to rethink there hiring process and make sure mangers treat there employees right.
