- GCGerardo CastroJan 1, 20261.0I was standing at the counter to place an order for more than five minutes and every single employee, four or more, would pass by and not acknowledge us. Not one single employee would say, “I would be right with you”, or “has anyone helped you”, nothing. I asked a lady with a mop if someone can take our order and another lady behind her said with an attitude, “I’ll take your order in a minute”. Keep in mind, the restaurant was not busy at all! Only one couple that were finishing their meal and that’s all. I got frustrated with their service and bad attitude so I left. I tried to give chipotle another chance from previous negative experience but after this, Chipotle has lost my business.
