  The "hot" food is always cold in the center. When you're presented with the credit card reader they awkwardly tell you "it's going to ask you a question" which is the tip option. If you don't tip them there is an item missing from your bag, mysteriously. If this was the first or even the second time I could believe it was accidental but it's at least the 4th time this has happened.

  This location has the most miserable and rude crew I have ever experienced. Not only sounding like a dead robot when youre ordering or at the window. Each one of them with the worst look on their face when you pull up. And its like this every morning. Like they are pissed and hate their job. Asking them any question is the worst process. Once they gaslight me to tell me there has never been a biscof iced latte but first I had to ask her the question 3 times because she wasnt even listening, saying "we dont carry that donut" .."miss I said iced latte" .. dead robot voice suggesting im stupid "weve never had that". Asking them for water they go and alert the manager with a frown on their face and then come back dead robot and massive frown "50 cents". They hand you the food basically throwing it at you like saying.. get out of here. And I go a lot because I generally like the coffee from dunkin. But these girls make the whole experience the worst. I get it that people have a bad day but this isnt that. The only person who acts decent is the only white chick their who looks a bit alternative style. Shes the only one who is super nice. All the other girls at that location are miserable and project that on to each customer that comes thru. Please corporate go to this dunkin and figure out what is going on. Idk if its management that is setting this example cus I can tell the manager is the most miserable of the bunch. But im really tired of all their attitudes when im trying to start my day with a nice coffee.

  Coffee is always hot and fresh. I'm from the northeast and this Dunkin is one of the best I've visited
