  There pretty popular so it sometimes take a bit to get your food but the quality is yummy to my hungry tummy

  This is the second time I order Uber Eats from this Taco Bell and , something is always wrong. Last time they forgot to give me my burrito, &’ now theirs a hair in my cheese quesadilla!

  I usually look at the app to see what I’m going to order so I don’t hold up the like. I went in today and they didnt have the nuggets or the churros I wanted maybe they sold out or I don’t know I ordered anything out of pressure so I wouldn’t hold up the car behind me. Long story short I wasn’t satisfied with what I ordered. Second I ordered the empanadas and I was sitting at the drive thru window for atleast 10 minutes at this point and they come up with it was going to be a 14 minute wait for the empanadas. They offered to replace it with something else. Something I originally don’t order. Worst part they didn’t apologize and the guys tone was as if he didn’t care or was rushing me to decide. Taco Bell isn’t cheap anymore and I go so often so to spend so much money and not get what I wanted and then not be satisfied with what I ordered is disappointing. If I would’ve received great service it would’ve made up for it. But the guy who took our order was just impatient and unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to that location. Their service and quality is lacking.
